Toxins are never part of the human body and most of us do not realize that toxins are present everywhere. The most evidential area of contacting with toxins is the outdoor environment, especially in big cities. The pollution from vehicular exhausts to the harmful industrial releases all add up to the toxins that we are exposed to.

These are smoking, alcohol and using pharmaceuticals or drug products. Tobacco smoke is more lethal in environmental pollution than vehicular exhaust because tobacco smoke produces finer and minute particulate matter which greatly affects health more than diesel exhaust. We should always avoid tobacco smoke as much as possible. When these minute particles found its’ way into the body, these particles could go into your blood streams.
What are these particles made of? What kinds of chemical are released from these minute particles that resided in your body when inhaled? These chemicals are nicotine, carbon monoxide and the cancer-causing carcinogens, just to name a few. All these are something that our body can do without.
Excessive consumption of alcohol can cause damaging effects to your brain by killing and altering the brain cells. When a person had too much of alcohol, this can cause impairment thinking and judgment as the structural brain cell had changed.
Alcohol, where ethyl is a large component, can cause considerable damages to the lungs, kidney and liver. The liver plays a big and heavy role in the breaking down of alcohol, which the body would use a certain amount. When a person consumed alcohol, the body disposed alcohol through the lungs, kidney and liver. The human body is just not design to dispose alcohol, simply said.
Pharmaceuticals and drugs use also contribute to the toxics in our body. The fluoride in both your drinking water and toothpaste can be accumulate in your body and become toxics over time.
Technically, all toxics are being purged from our body naturally but due to the increased amount of toxics and much consumption of processed food, our body, lacking in the minerals from whole food, found it hard to perform this purging function.
So, to live the vibrant lifestyle that you yearned, check on the lifestyle that you had been living. Get the alcohol out of your lifestyle and next, quit smoking. Like the saying, smoking is a “mind over matter” affair. Tell yourself that you do not need that cigarette anymore.
Try to have organic food for a start and have lots of fresh greens and whole food. It’s help. The next step is to purge these toxins that had been accumulated in your body so far. Using of herbs is usually used and there are also herbal detoxification products that can be used.
During the detoxification process, normally, you might feel slightly sick but this is good sign as your body is releasing the accumulated toxins from your tissues.
